How long will it take to get my order?

At checkout, you can select from two shipping options.

Standard Second Class Royal Mail, 2-3 days from dispatch (free)
Express Tracked, Royal Mail Special Delivery, next working day from dispatch (£7)

I want to make sure you are 100% happy with your order so please watch out for the proof I send via email for you to check & make any necessary amendments. Proofs MUST be approved before your order will be dispatched.

I need my order quickly. Can I order express delivery?

Yes, please select 'Express Tracked' as you checkout.

Express tracked is via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day from dispatch).

Express tracked delivery time examples - If you order Monday and approve the proof your order will be dispatched the next working day (Tuesday) for delivery Wednesday. - If you order and approve the proof on Friday, your express order will be dispatched the next working day (Monday) for Tuesday delivery.

Can I remove the city name?

Yes, I print to order and can be flexible with changing the name, replace it with your road, university or simply delete it. Just drop us a note when ordering.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes we do, you can buy gift cards to the value of an A4, A3 or framed print. You will be sent an e-voucher gift card which you can sent to a friend or loved-one. They can choose the city, colour and text when redeeming their voucher.

Do I get a proof to check before the order is printed?

Yes, you'll be sent a proof within 24 hours of ordering to double-check your personalised text and colour are correct before printing. You can still make changes at this point.

I can't find my city, can I request my city to be drawn?

Yes, we take on commissions for special requests.

What printing sizes do you offer?

We offer A4, A3, A2 and A1 prints. We stock one size of frame A3 so if you choose to have your print framed, the A4 size print will be framed with a white mount/border, if A3, your print will fill the frame with no white mount/border.

For the large format sizes A2 & A1 please pop me a message as they are not currently listed in the shop.

How will my order be delivered?

A4 unframed prints are sealed in a cellophane envelope in a smart presentation folder tied with a ribbon ready to be given as a gift. They are packaged in a cardboard backed envelope for posting.
A3 unframed prints are rolled in tissue paper and packed in a sturdy postal tube.
Framed prints are wrapped in bubble wrap within a sturdy postal box.

I live outside the UK, can I order my print framed?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. You can order unframed and find a frame locally once your print has arrived.

Where are your products made?

All the prints are made from my original drawings, created by me in my London home studio. I print all products to order in house with the exception of the ring-bound calendars. Where possible we support UK businesses when sourcing materials and packaging. Our mounts are made in Derbyshire, our frames in Cambridgeshire.

Do you sell in real life or only online?

Yes we are stocked at The Every Space in Walthamstow and Pretty Shiny Shop in Stroud Green. We also sell regularly at markets around London, follow us on Instagram to see where we will be popping-up! Get in touch if you'd like to stock our prints in your shop!
