Refunds & Returns

We hope you love your purchase and it arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours to arrange to return it and to arrange a refund or replacement. If you choose to return the item the customer is responsible for return postage costs. Personalised or customised items cannot be returned as they are made to order and can not be re-sold.
